Private Yoga Sessions

Private yoga lets you work on what makes sense for you at your own pace. There are several reasons students choose private sessions including:

  • Beginners who want to get started in yoga without being overwhelmed or intimidated. 

  • Wanting to work more in-depth.

  • Injuries or health concerns.

  • Specific physical goals such as increased flexibility, balance or strength or target problem areas like tight hips or hamstrings or weak knees or increasing mental focus in a particular sport or activity.

  • Time or location restrictions.  Private sessions can be scheduled at a time of your choosing and can also be done via Skype!
